Right of Withdrawal Form

In accordance with Article 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827 as amended), a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without providing a reason.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of non-prefabricated goods made to the consumer’s specifications or intended to meet their individualized needs (Article 38(3) of the Act) — this applies to personalized products with prints.
